Zaza New Cuban Diner Expands Executive Leadership and Now Poised For Growth
Orlando, FL – Monday, January 25, 2021 — Zaza New Cuban Diner (Zaza) expands its leadership team and
appoints Victor Ganoe to Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, Ganoe will oversee Zaza fast casual
operations including all restaurant locations, Central Kitchen, Café Zaza, catering operations and new store
development. Ganoe has 30 years in restaurant operations where he has opened many restaurants in
six states. Most recently, he held the position of Regional Director for Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and oversaw
the Southeast region including Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama markets.
Virginia Allen has been named the Director of Finance for the brand where she will oversee analysis
and financial support across all area of the business. In her role, she will partner with leadership and senior
managers to monitor key performance metrics, analyze the company’s financial results, and identify business
trends. Prior to joining Zaza New Cuban Diner, Allen was with McDirmit Davis CPA where she specialized in
corporate tax and financial consulting with an emphasis in the food and beverage industry. Allen has over 15
years of experience and is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Masters degree in Accounting..
